Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Virtual Connections. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our Service and website, whether you are using a paid subscription, a free trial, or are an End-User. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
Account: All Virtual Connections accounts created by or on behalf of a User or End-User.
End-User: Any person or entity other than Subscriber or User using the Service.
Free Trial: A period during which Users may access the Service without payment.
Service: Virtual Connections’ current and future email, security, and related services.
Service Plan: The functionality and services associated with the User’s subscription.
Subscription Term: The period during which a User is subscribed to the Service.
User: A valid email address on domains listed in the Account.
Your Data: All electronic data, text, messages, or other materials submitted to the Service by Users.

2. Access and Use of the Service
- Access is granted for the Subscription Term and must comply with these Terms.
- High-speed Internet connection is required. Users are responsible for network connections.
- Users must not:
- Sell, rent, or distribute the Service to unauthorized parties.
- Use the Service for spam, malware, or unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the Service.
- Each User must have a unique login. Logins cannot be shared.
3. Data Privacy, Security, and Retention
- Both parties will protect each other’s confidential information.
- Virtual Connections implements safeguards for Your Data, including encryption.
- Service providers may access Your Account solely to provide support.
- Data Retention: We keep Your Data for 30 days after subscription cancellation. After 30 days, Your Data is permanently deleted.
4. Intellectual Property
- Virtual Connections retains all rights to its Service, software, and trademarks.
- Suggestions or feedback submitted may be used freely by Virtual Connections.
5. Third-Party Services
- Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
- Virtual Connections is not liable for damages arising from such services.
6. Billing, Plan Modifications, and Payments
- Free Trial: Users are not charged during the free trial.
- Automatic Renewal: Upon subscription, Users are charged for the remainder of the current month. Future billing occurs on the first day of each month.
- Subscription upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect next billing cycle.
- No refunds for early termination. Users can use the Service until the end of the paid month.
- Taxes are the responsibility of the User.
- Payments are processed via third-party intermediaries; Virtual Connections does not retain payment info.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- Users can cancel subscriptions through the app.
- Cancellations are effective at the end of the current paid month.
- No refunds for early termination.
- Virtual Connections may terminate access for Terms violations or fraudulent activity.
8. Support
- Support assists Users with Service features and usage issues.
- Users can reach Support via the Contact Us page on our website.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
- Virtual Connections does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Liability is limited to Subscription Charges paid in the prior 12 months.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
- Users agree to indemnify Virtual Connections for claims arising from Terms violations.
- Virtual Connections will indemnify Users for third-party intellectual property claims under specific conditions.
12. Assignment, Entire Agreement, and Revisions
- Users may not assign rights without Virtual Connections’ consent.
- These Terms, along with any Forms, constitute the entire agreement.
- Virtual Connections may revise Terms at any time.
13. Severability
- If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the extent possible, and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
14. Export Compliance
- Users may not access the Service from jurisdictions where prohibited by law.
15. Relationship of the Parties
- Virtual Connections and Users are independent contractors.
16. Survival
- Sections 1, 3, 4, 6-15 survive termination of the agreement.
17. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by California law.
- Users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts.
18. Federal Government End Use Provisions
If Users are U.S. federal entities, the Service is considered a “Commercial Item” under applicable regulations.
